PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience and to process our orders only. We will not distribute, display, sell or share any information you entrust to us with any third parties.

TERMS
We accept credit cards through Paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer funds from your bank account. For your convenience, orders placed on our site are encrypted using Mal’s Shopping Cart with SSL technology (the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology) to ensure your transactions are protected. It is also approved by Paypal. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

ORDERING
There is no minimum order requirements for retail orders.

At this time we are only able to ship orders in the United States .  The only exception to this  is to our active duty  military,  we will ship to  APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING
We ship in stock items within 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 Business Days for your order to arrive. If an item is a custom order or needs to be made for your order, you will be notified of an anticipated ship date. Please contact us prior to placing your order with the date and products needed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
During Holidays, orders must be placed prior to the last 10 business days before a major holiday (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) as we cannot guarantee on-time delivery for orders placed after that time.

RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Returns will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition as when they were shipped and still have the original tags and packaging. Upon approval of your return we will issue you store credit or refund. Shipping charges on returned Merchandise is nonrefundable. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! (your satisfaction is what we strive for)

NOTE:  When returning an item, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to insure proper delivery. Forget Me Nots is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
